Website Relaunch.
I led the re-launch of innisandgunn.com, a new streamlined user experience and integrated online shop.
With an increased focus on e-commerce in the business, and a need to update the existing website following a re-brand, I project managed the design and delivery of a revamped innisandgunn.com and an investment in a bespoke online shop replacing the brand’s Shopify platform. My role involved managing an agency pitch process, briefing the appointed agency, copywriting and content development, e-commerce commercials and fulfilment, and ongoing content management.
The new site was designed to be a complete brand hub for UK and core international markets, incorporating e-commerce (UK only), I&G Taproom content and booking, members area for investors, latest brand news, blog for SEO optimisation, and campaign landing pages. Within six months of launch, traffic had jumped +187% and saw an online sales uplift of 85% vs the same period the previous year.
